Welcome to Redefine Beauty Aesthetics. By booking an appointment, using our website, interacting with our chatbot, or receiving any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Redefine Beauty Aesthetics provides medical aesthetic and wellness services at our Montague and Charlottetown locations in Prince Edward Island, Canada. All services are performed by qualified professionals and are subject to a clinical assessment prior to treatment. We reserve the right to decline or modify a requested treatment if, in the professional judgment of our staff, it is not suitable or safe for a particular client.

2. Consultations

A personalized consultation with Carolyn Agnew is available for $50. This fee is applied toward your first treatment if you proceed. A consultation does not guarantee or obligate you to proceed with any treatment. Consultations are an opportunity to discuss your goals, ask questions and receive professional recommendations.

3. Appointments

Booking

Appointments may be requested through our AI chatbot, website or by contacting our team directly. All appointment requests are subject to confirmation by our team. An appointment is not confirmed until you have received direct confirmation from a member of the Redefine Beauty Aesthetics team.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of $75, which will be required before your next appointment can be booked. We understand that emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if your circumstances change.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to shorten, modify or reschedule your treatment to avoid impacting other clients. Please notify us if you are running late.

4. Health & Safety

You agree to:

• Disclose your full and accurate medical history, current medications, allergies and any relevant health conditions prior to treatment
• Follow all preparation instructions provided by our team before your appointment
• Follow all aftercare instructions provided following your treatment
• Inform our team of any changes to your health or medications before subsequent appointments

Failure to disclose accurate health information may affect the safety and outcome of your treatment. Redefine Beauty Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed or inaccurate health information.

5. Informed Consent

Prior to receiving any treatment, you will be asked to review and sign an informed consent form. This form outlines the nature of the treatment, potential risks, expected outcomes and aftercare requirements. You have the right to ask questions and withdraw consent at any time before a treatment begins.

6. Results & Expectations

Aesthetic treatments are not an exact science and individual results vary. While our team strives to achieve the best possible outcomes for every client, we cannot guarantee specific results. Before and after photos, testimonials and treatment descriptions represent typical outcomes and are not a guarantee of your individual results. Any concerns about your results should be raised with our team promptly so we can assist you.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be confirmed at the time of your consultation or booking. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Packages and prepaid treatments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service of equal value at the discretion of management.

8. Refunds

Due to the nature of aesthetic and medical services, we do not offer refunds on completed treatments. If you have a concern about a treatment outcome, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can review your case and work toward a resolution. Refunds on retail skincare products are available for unopened, unused items returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

9. Contraindications

Certain treatments may not be suitable for clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking specific medications, or have certain medical conditions. It is your responsibility to inform our team of any such circumstances. We reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe it poses a risk to your health or safety.

10. AI Chatbot

Our AI chatbot is provided as a convenience tool to answer general questions about our services and to collect your appointment request details. The chatbot is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Information provided by the chatbot is for general informational purposes only. All appointment requests made through the chatbot are subject to confirmation by our team and do not constitute a confirmed booking.
